What data do we process?<\/h2>\n<p>Depending on how you use the website, we may process:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>your name, company or organisation, email address and telephone number;<\/li>\n<li>your message, selected vessel or service, requested charter period, intended use and other information you enter;<\/li>\n<li>correspondence and information needed to handle a quotation, enquiry or agreement;<\/li>\n<li>technical information such as IP address, time, requested URL, browser and device details and server logs;<\/li>\n<li>your cookie and privacy preferences;<\/li>\n<li>website usage data when you consent to analytics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We do not ask for special-category personal data. Forms and enquiries<\/h2>\n<p>Website forms send the information you enter to Novi Marine by email. The enquiry is not retained as a separate form record in the WordPress database. Your message and details may be retained in our business mailbox and, if they lead to an assignment, in our administration.<\/p>\n<p>To limit automated abuse, the IP address used for form requests is transformed into a one-way hash. This temporary security key normally expires after 15 minutes and is not used to profile visitors.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Analytics and first-party metrics<\/h2>\n<p>With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to measure sessions, page views, device and browser details and approximate location. Google signals and ad personalisation are disabled. If analytics consent is denied, Google may receive limited cookieless signals through Consent Mode; no Analytics client ID is then stored in a cookie.<\/p>\n<p>The website also keeps daily totals of successful form submissions and clicks on telephone and email links. These aggregated metrics do not contain form contents, names, email addresses or raw IP addresses.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Who receives the data?<\/h2>\n<p>We do not sell personal data. Security<\/h2>\n<p>We take appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections, access controls, updates, input validation, spam controls and need-to-know access. No internet connection or storage method can be entirely risk-free.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Your rights<\/h2>\n<p>Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data. You may object to processing based on a legitimate interest.
